on Ben Carter/Son Carter Road resulted in the arrest of Eric
Lavene Vance age 56, of Baxley. Vance was charged with No
Insurance and Driving While Tag is Suspended.

injuries reported.

Deerfield Drive in reference to Trespass. Complainant stated a
known subject entered her residence without permission. Nothing
was missing from residence.

Complainant’s friend would not
return his gun to him.

owner was burning pasture and fire burned a REA Power pole.

Jerry Emmett Mincey age 45 of
Baxley was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana,
Disorderly Conduct, Crossing Guard Lines, and State Court Bench
Warrant. Also arrested was Johnny Mack Bryant age 42 of Baxley.
Bryant was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Father stated his son had stolen
two boat batteries, a leaf blower and a space heater. Items were
valued at $311.00.

keeps calling leaving vulgar and threatening messages on his
cell phone.

Complainant stated a known
subject entered a her residence without permission and assaulted
her. Officers attempted to locate the suspected offender but he
had left the scene before officers arrived.

Ex-boyfriend has been calling and
texting girlfriend. Girlfriend wants him to stop.

breathing. Appling EMS and Appling County Deputy responded to
the above residence to find Ms. Inez Dean was not breathing.
Coroner was called and stated Ms. Dean died of apparent natural
causes.

Altercation occurred between
husband and wife.

Victim was traveling on Hwy. 341
west and something from roadway flew up and hit vehicle doing
damage to it.
