Caring Kids!!
Mrs. Lewis’s class has completed a Christmas Project
chose by the students themselves. The students have
sewn brightly colored pillow cases to send to
cancer-stricken children at St. Jude’s Hospital. Mrs.
Lewis’s class understands that these children may be in
a dark place in their lives this Christmas and want to
show the children that we care. Although many of us
cannot begin to understand your struggles and fears, we
would like these children and their families to know
that we are sending our prayers up for a special healing
just for you. We sincerely hope that this gift and
gesture help to brighten their spirits this Christmas
holiday. We would like to send a special thanks to Mrs.
Gwen McLellan for helping us to sew all of the
pillowcases. We surely appreciate all of the special
memories we made as a class.
