Amanda Lynn Johnson Crews and Mathew Roy Crews of Alma proudly announce the birth of their daughter Makaylin Paige Crews.  She was born at 11:36 am on May 7, 2008, and weighed 5 pounds and 15 ounces.   Makaylin joins older brother Mathew Landon Crews, 18 months old.  Makaylin is the granddaughter of Gene and Rhonda Johnson of Douglas, and of Randy Helms and Debra Walsh of Alma.

Beatriz Ramirez Galindo and Felix Antonio Canaca Caceres of Mershon proudly announce the birth of their daughter Ashlie Jacquelyn Canaca-Ramirez.   Ashlie joins older brothers Oswaldo Saul Ramirez, age 3, and Jose Uriel Ramirez, age 2.  Ashlie is the granddaughter of Jose Jesus Ramirez Rivera and Rosalba Galindo Gonzales of Delores Hidalgo, Mexico, and of Odilio Arturo Canaca and Modesta Valle Caceres of Minas de Oro, Honduras.
