PAGEANT COORDINATOR:
Miss Georgia Blueberry is sponsored by the Exchange Club of Alma.
ELIGIBILITY:
To qualify for the Miss Georgia Blueberry Pageant, contestants must be ages 0-24 by April 30, 2008, never married, pregnant, or convicted of a crime. There is no discrimination due to race, creed, color, religion, or national origin. Winner may not participate in a division previously won or be a current queen.
OBLIGATION:
All winners must be able to participate and represent their title at the Miss Georgia Blueberry Festival and parade, and the City of Alma Christmas parade. If you cannot perform these requirements, you will forfeit your title and prizes. They will be awarded to the 1st runner up.
DEADLINE:
All entry forms and entry fees must be received no later than April 30, 2008.

ADMISSION:
Adults and children $5.00 (Children Age One & Under – Free)
* Contestant and ONE parent will be admitted free.
DRESS:
Age divisions 0-9: Dress can be short, mid-calf, or floor length formal wear.
Age divisions 10-24: Dress should be floor length formal wear.
JUDGING:
Judges will score each contestant on beauty, poise, and personality. Score sheets will not be given out after the pageant. If you would like to receive your scores, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope with your application. PLEASE DO NOT TALK TO ANY OF THE JUDGES DURING THE PAGEANT!
REHEARSAL:
There will not be a rehearsal. There will be a group line up at the beginning of each age group followed by each contestant walking on stage individually in the traditional T pattern.
PHOTOGRAPHER:
There will be a photographer available for pictures.
PRIZES:
There will be a winner, first, second, third, and a fourth runner-up for each age division. The Miss Georgia Blueberry Queen will receive: a tiara, trophy, banner, and a $1000.00 savings bond. The Miss Georgia Blueberry 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th runner-up will receive a trophy. Baby, Teeny, Tiny, Little, Petite, Junior, and Teen Beauty Queens will receive a tiara, trophy, banner, and a $100.00 savings bond. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th runner-ups will all receive a trophy. All contestants in the Baby, Teeny, Tiny, and Little Miss divisions will receive participation trophies. The winners of prettiest hair, prettiest eyes, prettiest smile, and prettiest dress in each division will receive a trophy. The Miss Photogenic winner will receive a trophy. There will be 2 GRAND SUPREME OVERALL Winners (One overall winner from ages 0-6 and one overall winner from ages 7-24). The 2 contestants with the highest scores in beauty, prettiest hair, prettiest eyes, prettiest smile, prettiest dress, and photogenic will be selected as our Grand Supreme Winners and will receive $200.00 savings bond.
REGISTRATION:
Registration for Baby, Teeny, Tiny, and Little Miss age groups will begin at 9:00AM. The pageant will begin at 10:00AM.

Registration for Petite, Junior, Teen, and Miss age groups will begin at 1:00PM. The pageant will begin at 2:00PM.
Petite Miss Georgia Blueberry Ages 7-9 Years
Junior Miss Georgia Blueberry Ages 10-12 Years
Teen Miss Georgia Blueberry Ages 13-16 Years
Miss Georgia Blueberry Ages 17-24 Years
* Contestant numbers will be given out at the registration table.
DRESSING ROOM:
A dressing room will be available.
